Michael Juliussen

Leadership Biography

Michael Juliussen serves as a Council Member on the Executive Council. He participates in committee hearings, reviews proposed resolutions, and advocates for youth programs, resource management, and educational equity.

Under the tribal constitution, the Executive Council is mandated to represent all tribal members. Leaders are elected by voting members to ensure their voice shapes future policy, economic sovereignty, and healthcare access.
