David Segura

Leadership Biography

David Segura serves as the Treasurer of the Executive Council. He provides financial oversight, reviews annual operational budgets, and chairs the tribal finance committee to ensure fiscal sustainability and accountability.

Under the tribal constitution, the Executive Council is mandated to represent all tribal members. Leaders are elected by voting members to ensure their voice shapes future policy, economic sovereignty, and healthcare access.
