Jakob Kooly

Leadership Biography

Jakob Kooly serves as the Vice Chair of the Executive Council. He works closely with the Chair and the Executive Director to coordinate Council meetings, evaluate tribal legislation, and represent the tribe in governmental relations with local, state, and federal entities.

Under the tribal constitution, the Executive Council is mandated to represent all tribal members. Leaders are elected by voting members to ensure their voice shapes future policy, economic sovereignty, and healthcare access.
